SnowTiger, primarily considered a combat specialization or “kill system”, can also be described as a martial art, or fighting method, involving a variety of techniques, including strikes, parries, blocks, evasive technique, bone breaking, throws, and joint manipulations & breaks. SnowTiger practice is divided into six core aspects:

We strive to make our physical techniques pure expressions of our mind’s intention, and to improve our mind’s focus by understanding the essence of the physical techniques. By perfecting our SnowTiger training and practice we are enhancing our own spirit or our own mental acuity. For example, eliminating weak and indecisive movements in our SnowTiger technique, helps to eliminate weakness and indecision in our minds, applied to our daily lives. It is in this sense that SnowTiger becomes a way of life, as we seek to become enlightened, gratified and peaceful people.
